Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, and every package is tracked. No duties, taxes or extra fees are charged when your package arrives.
When your order ships
We prepare and ship your order within 1β3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Our fulfillment center is overseas.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, it usually reaches you in 3β5 business days. We email you the tracking link as soon as it's on its way, and you can follow it anytime on our Track your order page. From order to doorstep: usually 4β8 business days.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Email hello@amoriaofficial.com right away with your order number. After 30 minutes your order goes to our fulfillment center and can't be changed, but you're still covered by our 45-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund policy).
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email hello@amoriaofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or two. We'll send a free replacement or cover the return shipping.
Tracking says delivered, but no package
Check with neighbors and around your door first. Still missing? Email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship it at no cost once you confirm the right address.
