You have 45 days from the day your order arrives. Here is how returns and refunds work, step by step.

Our 45-day money-back guarantee

If a piece isn't right, you have 45 days from the day it's delivered to send it back for a full refund of the item's price. Sale items are included.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@amoriaofficial.com within 45 days of delivery with your order number, the item and color, and why you're returning it.
  2. Wait for our reply before sending anything. We'll confirm your return and send you the return address.
  3. Send the item back with a tracked shipping service.

What we can accept

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with no stains, damage or odor. For hygiene reasons, accessories and undergarments are non-returnable.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you. Our warehouse is overseas, so a return is an international shipment and usually costs more than $50 from the US. We don't provide return labels. Please use a tracked service: we can't refund a return that's lost on its way to us. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return shipping or send a free replacement instead (tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos).

Your refund

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the item's price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping was free, so there's nothing else to refund.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you'd like, so your new one doesn't have to wait for the return.
