The collar, the cuffs, the inside of the coat. The parts against your skin should be the softest parts, so there's nothing scratchy to fight all day.
Cozy without the bulk
Warm shouldn't have to mean puffy. The cozy feel should come from a soft lining or a good knit, with a cut that still gives you a shape.
Cut for how you live
Long enough to keep you covered when you sit and reach. Buttons that close and stay closed. It has to work in the car, at church and on the dog walk, not just in a photo.
